POST-OPERATIVE CARE (IMMEDIATE)<\/h3>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>For Implant Patients<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Do Not Spit:<\/strong> Avoid spitting for the first 48 hours to protect the blood clot and ensure proper healing.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>No Straws:<\/strong> Avoid using straws for at least 7 days; the suction force can disturb the surgical site.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Bleeding:<\/strong> Slight oozing is normal. If needed, bite firmly on a clean gauze pad for 30 minutes.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Swelling:<\/strong> Apply an ice pack to the outside of your face (20 mins on, 20 mins off) for the first 24 hours.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>For Full-Mouth Restoration Patients<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Soft Food Diet:<\/strong> You must stick to a soft food diet (mashed potatoes, yogurt, smoothies) for the first 6\u20138 weeks.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>No Pressure:<\/strong> Avoid any hard, crunchy, or chewy foods until your dentist confirms that bone healing is complete.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Head Elevation:<\/strong> Keep your head elevated while sleeping for the first 48 hours to minimize swelling.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.
